'A Day With The Dum Dums' - By James Clarke

The 5th of February - the day 'Army Of Two' was released, the day of the instore appearance at Tower Records in Piccadilly Circus, London and the day of a city wide tube strike in London! I'd made my way down to London from Birmingham on the train - I arrived at Euston to find that non of the tubes were running and a queue for taxis which had about 70 people in it! I finally got a cab and met Steve we were then picked up and driven to Tower Records - when we arrived there was already a queue beginning to form, so we went in the back door and met Josh, Stu, the crew and various other people downstairs. Before long I was outside with a video camera interviewing and generally hassling the line of fans which has grown considerably! Everyone seemed in good spirits and had somehow managed to make it despite the tube strike!

Before long people started coming into the store's basement where the performance and signing was taking place and within a few minutes the place was packed! It seemed that not many had been put off by the tube strike as people chatted about how far they'd walked to get to the store. The boys took to the stage under the watchful eyes of the Wembley TV cameras (click here to see the webcast!) and everyone was greeted by Josh asking "How did you get here???"

The boys sign their lives away!!!
