Bass Guitars For Sale!

Postby Steve » Wed Jun 09, 2004 10:57 am

Hi All - I am looking to sell my remaining two 'musicman' basses as since buying my 1973 Fender P-Bass a few months ago I have fallen in love with vintage basses and decided that they are the way forward (for me)!

I am selling my 'Turquoise' & 'Black Sparkle' basses, both of which have done me a great service in Dum Dums days, and also Clarkesville days.

I'm looking for £800 for the Turquoise and £950 for the Black Sparkle...

Two lovely fellows looking for a loving home and somebody that is not going to neglect them the way I have done over the past couple of years!

If you, or anyone you know are interested, please email me: steve.modernwood@virgin.net

Thanks

Steve x

K, can anyone lend me £800 quid? Good call on the P-Bass, I've been using a borrowed vintage one recently and it's breaking my heart to give it back.

I was just talking to the dude that used to play bass in Stanford Amp, and he uses a Music Man. He's trying to sell me his amp!

i'd not get enough money for it :( it has no history whatsoever. who would want a guitar, gigged once, owned by me. even if it is a pretty colour and is a lovely guitar. the DMC plate on the case though, *does* make it unique.

mmmeh. i don't deserve either any more than any other person. arrr, this tears me up. stupid, stupid. i could buy both if i didn't buy a new car :( spending money on things is rubbish, unless it's guitars.

i think my family would disown me. i have too many guitars already in their eyes, and seeing as it's my dad's company that gave me the loan for my car, i think he'd be pretty pissed if i sold it to fund buying another bass, the same as the bass i already have...when i'm not regularly in a band at the moment :(

sucks. if i could pay for it over two years, i'd be there. kinda defeats the point of selling something for money though.

maybe i'll win the lottery this week, if i play it.
